Thinning out the heard and this ultra rare, one-year only 1961 Lincoln Continental Convertible is being made available to the public to purchase for the first time in many years.  Finished in Royal Red exterior with red leather interior, this Lincoln boasts every option for the year including air conditioning and cruise control. Under my ownership the car has had the following service:
New convertible top pump and lines
Top end engine rebuild (rebuilt heads, new gaskets)
New exhaust system
New exhaust manifold
Rebuilt fuel pump
Fuel tank cleaned
Rebuilt carburetor
New brakes (master cylinder, lines, hoses, cylinders, shoes and resurfaced drums)
The convertible top goes through the sequence but gets hung up often, so I am listing the top as not operational.  Includes new convertible top (not installed)  The front windows go up and down, but the rears are intermittent.  Older repaint is presentable.  I will catalog and include all the exterior trim pieces not currently installed on the car. Yard drives and stops.  Its a solid foundation for a professional restoration, or go through the remaining systems, clean it up and enjoyed as-is.  The car is 61 years old and needs restoration so please calibrate your expectations before committing to the purchase.  Sold with a clear Michigan title.
