Handsome large-format fold-out 1965 CITGO road map of North Dakota and South Dakota, printed more than 50 years ago.
This map opens to 18" x 25½" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by the Diversified Map Corporation of St. Louis.
North Dakota is on one side; South Dakota is on the other.
There are inset plans of Rapid City, Sioux Falls, Fargo, and Bismarck.
This map was published in 1965 by the Cities Service Oil Company to promote its CITGO brand, and it is dated in the legend. Population data is from the 1960 census.
