    THESE ARE GREEN, UNROASTED BEANS - you must roast them before using them for coffee. Photos are some of my roasted beans for reference.
    I roast a lot of beans and these peaberry beans from Brazil are special - lots of flavor and good price. They have a cupping score of 84/100.

    Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Raisin notes.
    Washed processed, Yellow and Red Catuai variety.
    These are good and fresh beans, however I am focusing on African beans at the moment and do not need these for my current blends - I purchased about 70 pounds of these I just don’t need them this season so I want to sell them while they are still fresh.
