Nice metal Cities Service (later Citgo) 12" ruler from Oklahoma City, OK.  Phone number indicates this at least from the 1960's, possibly 50's.  Condition as shown in pics. Note rust spot on reverse.  Shipped USPS first class in a rigid, padded envelope.  Display stand in pictures NOT included in auction.
