Cities Service Original Porcelain Gas Oil Car Auto Truck Advertising Sign ships

So here is an original porcelain Cities Service sign. Sign is in aged used rusted chipped as is condition see pics measuring about 4 feet diameter.  Yes sign is double sided. See my other listings for more great old rare original signs!
The Cities Service Company was founded on September 2, 1910 by Henry L. Doherty in Grand Forks, North Dakota to take over the Denver Gas & Electric Company, Empire District Electric Company and Spokane Gas & Electric Company. Its industry is oil and gasoline and its headquarters were in New York City, New York (1910-1974), Tulsa, Oklahoma (1974-2004), and Houston, Texas (2004-present).
In 1982 the company was acquired by the Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and again by the Southland Corporation in 1983. Half of the company was sold to PDV America, Inc., an American subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. in 1986, and the remainder in 1990.
