This blower assembly is used. It comes as pictured with screws and gaskets. This came off of an A. O. Smith Cyclone power vent water heater where it operated as an intake blower or indirect exhaust blower. The heater this part was removed from was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty at the time it was removed. It was tested while still on the heater and it works great. Please note that if you are working on a similar heater, you may want to verify prover switch operation is nominal before ordering this part. The blower on your heater will turn on for a few seconds and then turn off if the issue is a prover switch
