We roast six days a week, Monday through Saturday. We work hard to deliver the freshest and fastest products to you. We do not want you to wait: if you place the order before 1 pm EST, your coffee will be roasted the same day and shipped out. If you order after 1 pm EST, your coffee will be in the queue for the following day.
