This lathe mandrel straight shaft adapter provide more versatility to hold and use various accessories on the Foredom Bench Lathe.

(For current lathes- built in 2002 and later with 5/16" motor shafts)
Straight
shaft spindle can be used to hold rubber bonded abrasive wheels, grinding stones, sanding drums, brushes and other accessories with 1/4" center mounting holes up to 3/4" thick.
Adapter comes with 2 metal washers along with plastic wheel protective shims, and right hand thread tightening nut 1/4" for shaft.
