German Ladies Dirndl Trachten Dress Oktoberfest Size 8 (Euro 38)

Description

Classic and elegant dress in a subdued combination of taupe and silver grey. Dress is poly brocade in a lovely allover damask-inspired pattern. Details include ruffle, pleated fabric and flat braid trim around the neckline of the bodice, antique pewter hooks to hold the satin ribbon in place as it criss-crosses the front zip closure. The apron is a stunning taupe embroidered lace in a scattered floral bouquet design, embellished with beads and sequins. It features a beautiful scalloped hemline, and wide satin ribbon sash for added "glam".
Skirt portion measure 58 cm/23 inches from waist to hem to fall just above the knee of most women of average height.
Both pieces may be hand washed in cold water and mild detergent. Hang the dress on a plastic hanger to dry. Cool iron if necessary. Apron should be drip dried. Due to fragile nature of the lace, avoid wringing excess water from the apron, rather place it on a towel on a flat surface and use another small towel to "blot" excess water.
