Shipping is FREE to all addresses other than APO/PO boxes in the lower 48 states. All our Lladro stock ships from our European based warehouse. Customers located outside the European Union may or may not be subject to an import duty tax by your countries customs office. Please check with your local customs office if you need to pay any additional import duty tax upon receiving your item before making the purchase. This is not something we can control from our end.
Many countries, however, do not have to pay this import duty fees, but please check prior to making a purchase to avoid unexpected payments. Thank you.
We ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL or Postal Service (depending on location and package weight) Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 14 days of your payment being processed. Check our feedback to see the great reviews of FAST and RELIABLE shipping we offer.
Our packages are packed BOX in BOX and we use extra packing material to ensure that your item arrives safely.
All shipments are fully insured.

DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
We have many different shipping locations depending on the product you buy and the shipping location that you choose. We try to ship most items within 48 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer. If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make the purchase.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must be shipped with full insurance unless the return is a result of our mistake.
