I would call the finish brushed aluminum but a magnet sticks to the things so they are steel.
No rust after having sat in a humid warehouse for literally years, so maybe magnetic stainless?
So you can pay ten bucks a pop for new ones or less than a buck a pop for these used ones, your choice.
If you don’t need 40 I will consider an offer, but the cost of shipping doesn’t change.
