    Description

    Purchased 1978 in UK.  Tag says 80% acrylic, 10%nylon, 10%other  but looks and feels like wool.  Hand wash and can be ironed. Size 18 would probably fit 3 or 4 year old.  Waist 21 inches, adjustable with strap (not leather).  Length 10,25 inches.  Straps and decorative closure pin.  Nicely pleated in the back.
    Bonus:  handmade navy velvet vest to complete the outfit.
