This coffee is grown along the mountains of  La Trinidad Eco Preserve. Grown naturally under shade of the forest canopy and among tropical birds. From the village of Xilitla.  The coffee is processed through a water wash. Medium roast which the grower believes it brings out the best attributes of this fine coffee.
