Because of the 16 ounce weight limit on USPS 1st Class Mail when eBay calculates the shipping charge it assumes multiple packages will be shipped. As a result eBay will show an absurdly high shipping rate. If you click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab (above) then enter the quantity and your ZIP code you should see shipping charges for USPS Parcel Select and Priority Mail (sometimes eBay hides this).
When you go thru checkout make sure you change the shipping method from USPS 1st Class Mail to Parcel Select or Priority Mail. I'm told that eBay does not show the cost savings clearly (you have to read very carefully to comfirm that you're getting the lower rates).
