Morton Salt "When It Rains IT POURS" Snack Serving Tray 13" x 10".  I believe this item to be a reproduction.  The overall measurements are approximately 13 3/8" x 10 3/4" x 1 1/4".  There are scratches on the piece on both front and back (see photos).
