    Description

Ohio was blessed with clay and coal so became a pottery center from the 1850s through the 1960s. This one of a kind souvenir badge was created for the 1891 Ohio Dept Convention of the Woman's Relief Corps held in Steubenville.  This badge is in excellent condition and a beautiful addition to any GAR collection. Ribbon is near mint. Seemingly made for one corp for one convention one time. This is a very rare badge. Featured in book Grand Army Women. pin broken on  back
