    124th Pennsylvania Volunteers Survivor Association Silk Ribbon
    Offered is a Rare Historic 124th Pennsylvania Volunteers  Survivor's ribbon dated Sept. 17 1895 at Valley Forge
    11th reunion, 32 years after the unit  was active.
    The historic silk ribbon has features also a beautiful vignette of George Washington's Headquarters " Winter 1777-78 "
    * well known Textile Conservator whom has done several items in the past for myself, states the faint red hue discoloration/dye
    on the ribbon might have been possibly from come from " contact with a flag" from the reunion..... Sept. 17 1895
    The 124th Pennsylvania Volunteers Infantry were organized at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
    were mustered in Aug 1862 thru May 1863
    the reunion silk ribbon is in good shape for it's age,  black printed with embossed light dull golden colored text
    short splits towards upper left.
