    Description

    Huge and rare XL vintage Space Alien Mardi Gras necklace. This is from a museum gift shop (A. Street Museum), so the quality is really nice! I believe the beads are metal clad plastic beads (i.e., thin layer of metal over plastic), as they are quite weighty. The center Alien measures just over 2" and the four smaller 1.5". Aliens are two-sided. 24 Handpainted 1" rectangular spacer beads adorn the sides. These are also, I believe, metal clad as they have a nice weight and quality. The entire necklace measures a whopping 46". The original tag is still attached and reads SPACE 2000 on one side and A. Street Museum .00 on the other. (I could not locate any information about the A. Street Museum online. If anyone knows anything, I always love to learn!). Smoke free home.
