    Description

    Coffee for All
Here at Sydney Roasting Co, we are fanatical about bringing you the highest possible quality coffee at a price that is awesome too. That's why all of our coffee is 100% specialty grade, roasted daily out of ouor roastery in Lebanon, PA.
We are pragmatic people who take a scientific approach to coffee. We don't wave our hands and do a little coffee dance around our roaster, we use data and technology to consistently create a delicious product for a price that makes sense. We are a small but mighty team who makes coffee for neighborhood markets, national restaurant chains, and moms and dads who need a pick me up to get through the day. We look forward to providing you your favorite cup of Brazilian coffee, the coffee that is truly for everyone, at a price that we are extremely proud of.
100% Specialty Grade Arabica Coffee from Brazil, Roasted Daily in Pennsylvania
All of our Brazilian coffee comes from the Cerrado savanna in Brazil. This coffee is known as being the least acidic coffee available on the market today
We use SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) coffee with a Q-score of around 85. This means that the coffee is grown only at high altitudes, which results in a richer, more flavorful cup of coffee.
    Roasts Offered
    City (light) roast:
Coffee will have a very mild, exceptionally smooth taste with less body than the darker roasts.
    Full City+ (medium) roast:
Very nutty and naturally sweet. Notes of roasted nuts and burnt caramel. The coffee will be smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. This is our favorite coffee for drip and espresso, we even use it in our own cafes!
    Vienna (dark) roast:
Bold, smokey flavor typical of a dark coffee. The coffee is dropped before oils form on the bean, resulting in less bitterness than a typical dark roast.
Tasting notes are what we taste in the coffee. Like wine and other agricultural products, these are open to interpretation. Unless specifically labelled, we do not add anything to our coffees. None of our coffees contain nuts.
