Trachten Tostmann Kids 11 Bavarian Dress / Norwegian Bunad Black Red FLAWS AS-IS

Here is a cute Bavarian style dress for kids that also looks just like a Norwegian Bunad.  The brand is Trachten Tostmann, and the size tag says 11. Please see measurements in the pictures. The dress has extra fabric in the hem - so it could definitely be altered to have a longer skirt, maybe by 3 inches or so.
It has a hook-and loop metal fastening sytem in the bodice, and all the fasteners are there. Also the skirt part has a hook and loop and also a press-button.
Skirt has one pocket on the side. The red bodice is lined with black velvet trip.
NOTE: DRESS HAS FLAWS:
Dress is vintage and has some flaws, including a few small holes on lower back side of dress, on the black part. Also has some faint surface stains. I am leaving this AS-IS, because I do not know how to approach it to make sure the dress is preserved. I hung the dress out in sub-zero frozen temps, so it is cold-cleaned. No bad smells, etc.  Please see all pictures for details.
