    Elias Caraco & Frere Constantinople
    registered commercial cover with high franking 3 1/2 piastres for a triple rate registered foreign letter (Ottoman stamps with star overprint for use abroad), sent from STAMBOUL 26 VI. 14 to DRESDEN 29.6.14 via German TPO where the "Vom Auslande uber Bahnpost 5" registration label was added. Two folds not affecting the stamps.
