United Confederate War Veteran UCV Celluloid Ribbon Badge Button. This is from a UCV reunion in Louisville Kentucky in 1900 and this badge wearer was from Savannah Georgia. This is a very rare two sided badge with the celluloid in great shape but the ribbon has wear. This is a chance to add a very unusual UCV badge to your collection.
