    FLAVOR PROFILE
This specialty Ethiopian coffee is a sweet and balanced cup, with enough fruit top-note complexity to make it a highlight in our East African lineup.
This coffee has clear Ethiopian cup characteristics -
Lavender, tropical fruit, lime, and bergamot danced in the cup. Lime juice, blackberry, pineapple, and brown sugar were all packed into the front end of the cup, with dark chocolate and caramel rounding out the finish.
    FARM PROFILE
Our Organic certified Ethiopia Yirgacheffe single origin coffee is produced by Bedhatu Jibicho. Bedhatu, a strong 80 year old female coffee farmer, started working in coffee in the early 1960s when the government gave land to her husband. She takes great pride in having managed her 84-acre farm for over 50 years. Today, Bedhatu works alongside her adult children and continues to pass on her rich tradition of organic coffee production without the use of chemical inputs. Larger than most farms in the area, Bedhatu employees 20 year-round workers and 130 seasonal workers (primarily women) during the harvest season.
