5 1800's Civil War Signed Documents detailing a family members decades long attempt at getting a Pension for a family member fighting in the Civil War. The War Department confirms said Soldier served, and was Confined in a Confederate "Rebel Prison", but that they weren't entitled to such an amount. Notes Soldier served from 1862-1863, then a separate tour of duty from 1864-1865. Very interesting Original Civil War Documents.
